We will arrange for a new package to be shipped to you under the following circumstances:
Size Issues: If you believe that the item you received doesn’t fit, please provide a photo of yourself wearing the item for our confirmation. Once confirmed, and upon your agreement to cover a $15 shipping fee, we will arrange for a new shipment.
Customs Hold or Loss: If your package is lost or held by customs, please provide the relevant proof. Once confirmed, we will reship the package to you for free and ensure that you receive it successfully.
Delayed Delivery: If the declared delivery time exceeds 30 days, or if your online tracking shows it has been more than 60 days, please contact us, and we will promptly reship the package to you for free.
Products Eligible for Returns or Refunds
- You can return products within 14 days from the date of receiving them. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they have defects or damage.
